Taisuke founded Geezerbuild in 2013, using his experience in digital marketing and running his own record label to promote K-pop events in Singapore. Born in London and having spent 13 years in Singapore, Taisukes career spans journalism, music production, and entrepreneurship. His ventures reflect a strong presence in the music, event planning, and technology sectors.
With a commitment to innovation, Taisuke co-founded Meraki Venture Partners, a VC firm in Southeast Asia, and has developed startups in property tech, edu-tech, and fashion e-commerce. He also owns Music Careers, a prominent job listing site for the music industry. Taisuke is currently based in Singapore and Tokyo.
Previously Managing Director of Music Distribution company 'Ultra Vybe' - Ryota has 25 years of experience in the music & entertainment industry in Japan. As our Senior Client Manager, Ryota guides our Japanese customers in marketing, strategy and the shift to digital - and leads our Media PR activation tours across South-East Asia.
Ryota speaks Japaense & English and studied at the University of Washington, Seattle.

As a trilingual (Japanese, English, Bahasa Indonesia) communications expert - Jessica has managed globacl clients such as VMware, Red Hat, Zscaler, and Informatica in their expansion into the Japan market. She also managed paid media campaigns with B2B media titles such as ITmedia, NikkeiBP, Nikkei Online, and more. At Geezerbuild, Jessica works hand in hand with clients to improve their digital advertising and brand awareness in Japan.
Jessica graduated with honors from Petra Christian University in 2019, marjoring in English for Creative Industry. Other than English, she also speaks Japanese fluently (JLPT N3) from her experience living in Japan for a student exchange program at Sophia University, Tokyo, with full scholarship from JASSO (Japan Student Services Organization).

An experienced Software development manager with a Computer Science degree, Marj has worked across global accounts in Japan, Singapore, and the USA - helping customers with their Web design, development, and SEO. As a Project Manager at Geezerbuild, Marj is involved in all aspects of Software Development, including technical scope writing, design direction, UAT Testing and updating clients on development timelines & processes.
Marj also spearheads MusicCareers - a global job listing site for the music industry, growing it over 150,00 organic followers within a year through content and social media strategy.
Fun Fact: Marj is passionate about fashion and is a designer of her own Crochet brand 'mestizaya'!
An expert Digital Ads Manager - Fahdi has managed campaigns for global brands such as 3M, ZScaler, VMware in their expansion into the Japan market. As our Digital Ads Manager Fahdi handles every aspect of Ad operations, from strategic planning, Ad optimization, and campaign reporting.
With a passion for all things Digital - Fahdi holds certifications in TikTok Ads, Google Ads VideoCertification and Campaign manager 360. He is also a part-time teacher and teaches Performance Marketing to students in Indonesia.
Fun Fact: During his focused time, Fahdi enjoys listening to progressive-rock music.

She has been pivotal in helping Japanese music brand LDH JAPAN expand to South-East Asia - using her passion and knowledge of K-Pop to drive content strategy on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Fun Fact: Gemma is an avid explorer and could be helpful local guide, she could lead and guide people around Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya as she had lived on those cities and she loves sharing insider tips to uncover hidden gems in the area.
As a digital ads expert - Naufal has steered global brands like Zscaler, Redhat, and VMware to new growth in Japan and South-East Asia. At Geezerbuild, Naufal is involved in managing social media ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn - with a strong focus on optimizing campaigns through highly engaging and narrative content. Naufal also has extensive experience with Google Ads - including Search Ads, P-Max, YouTube, and Smart Campaigns.
Naufal is entrepreneurial outside the technology space which leads to original strategic ideas, as he is involved with projects in Property and F&B in Indonesia.
