Manhattan Fish Market opened in Shibuya, Tokyo - to serve diners who loved seafood and also wanted a halal-friendly meal. As a restaurant with a prayer room, Manhattan Fish Market gained loyalty in the muslim community in Tokyo. To further increase awareness, Geezerbuild were asked to manage the restaurants social media - which included banner and menu design, digital strategy, content creation, and social media account management.

Result

With a consistent social media posting schedule, The Manhattan Fish Market's engagement improved by over 200% (we ran weekly contests and hidden menu items), aswell as follower growth of 250%. With engaging content (mostly short videos) that bought customers back to the restaurant, the campaign was successful in attracting both muslim customers and local Japanese customers, that first heard of the restaurant through social media.
